I’ve got two 500GB disk in my computer and I am going to have the following partition:
/ 40GB
/SWAP 10GB
/OPT 100BG
and all left space leave it to /home
how can I do that?

Which partition is going to be the most busy? For example it it’s opt I
would put that first.
Are you really going to use that much swap? If so I would create a RAID
0 for the swap split across the two drives.
Do you want to mirror the data at all for additional protection?
You could use LVM as well so if it’s not quite right you can expand the
space.
I always create a small /boot partition as well rather than having it
all on /.

But I am still not clear how can I make my home partition across two disks. I don’t find any options when I am use a DVD for a new installation of SUSE in the partition steps…

If you google on LVM+SLE there are alots of articles, here is one that
is SLES centric, but still applicable for SLED;

LVM takes care of it basically.
