I opened SR # 10906939751 back in Aug 2014 and it was closed at 18th Sep 2014. I attached/uploaded the required logs AND issue discription(as a pdf document) on the SR.
For some reasons I need those logs esp issue description(a pdf document) that I attached, and found none when when I checked the SR( under the “Attachments” tab) today. I also tried to find the
attachments at https://scc.suse.com/support/requests and there too I found nothing.
Where are the attachments ?
