audisp-remote-1.8-0.30.1 Any idea where I can find the RPM

We’re running VMware appliances with a locked-down config, and have enabled audit via a VMware-provided script. VMware’s own guidance tells you to use audisp-remote to ship audit logs.

But, alas, the package is NOT installed for the audisp-remote plugins, and cannot find a repository with this package. Updating audit (and grabbing all the packages) would void warranty.

Suggestions ???

Which version of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) are you running?

For SLES11 and SLES12 (at least) I believe audisp-remote is provided by
the audi-audispd-plugins package.
