Best Hypervisor

I have a SLES server that is currently running the XEN hypervisor - I plan to upgrade the server to SLES12 SP2 and think it would be a good opportunity to change the hypervisor if needed. Which hypervisor (KVM ve XEN) is better for running SLES servers (GroupWise, ZENworks, appliances)?

SUSE supports both Xen and KVM with the former their preferred
hypervisor in their SUSE OpenStack Cloud product.
