Boot options to go around UEFI settings?

Hi
I have a new computer with BIOS settings where its not possible to boot from harddisk,
But it is possible to boot legacy from external drive.

If I put in the installation DVD in an external drive, it is possible to install and its possible to select “boot from harddisk” from the installation menu.
If I try the same with a USB drive it is possible to install, but it doesn’t work to select “boot from harddisk” ,But if I select “Repair system” I can select
“Boot from harddisk” within the Repair menu.

My question is. Can I solve this, so it is possible to boot from harddisk when I use the USB drive?
