I was wondering if there is any way of booting and installing Suse apart from the official one (2 DVD isos which require a blueray disk and so). Isn´t there any way to boot it from an USB stick like in OpenSuse?

You only need DVD1, no blueray required, the other dvd is the src rpm’s not needed for install.
Yes, you can use imagewriter to create a USB device to install from (that’s all I use these days);
