CoreDumps in server SLES 12 SP3

Hi,

My customer have NetIQ iManager 3.1.1.1 running in SLES 12 SP3.

When they execute the following command in the server, they see the following:

edsa4:~ # coredumpctl

TIME PID UID GID SIG PRESENT EXE
Sat 2019-04-20 06:06:37 -05 2340 481 480 11 /opt/netiq/common/jre/bin/java
Fri 2019-04-26 11:31:02 -05 5765 481 480 6 /opt/netiq/common/jre/bin/java
Sat 2019-05-04 17:35:51 -05 27288 481 480 11 /opt/netiq/common/jre/bin/java

what does this mean?
What is the procedure to follow to correct this incident?

TIA

Is it safe to assume iManager is working right now? If so, there is
probably nothing to do unless they want to have the coredumps analyzed to
see why they happened, but you generally need to be on current code for
that, so patch first, then wait for a new coredump.

Good luck.
