I restored the wireless connection after deleting the blacklist file from /etc/modprobe.d/
the zypper se kmp had the rt3290sta-kmp-default package and I removed it!
# zypper se kmp

The module-init-tools was not found right after installing the requested prerequisite packages. By the way, I had those packages except the last one.
