Function "htpasswd" not defined

I get the following error when deploying a rancher helm chart that uses htpasswd .

function "htpasswd" not defined

I tried importing the catelog using helm 2 and helm 3

I’m told htpasswd works since helm version 3.2.0

However, I’m not sure what version of helm rancher uses. I looked all over the place but cannot find it documented.
