Gnome Power Manager Default Configuration Error

After applying updates to a SLES 11 SP1 server, I am getting this error:

Install problem. The default configuration for Gnome Power Manager have not been installed correctly.

I have read about uninstalling and then re-installing Power Manager, but what are the commands? What other issues may have caused this error?

Thanks…

James

Hi
For SP1 you should be able to use zypper;

zypper in -f gnome-power-manager

Have you manually tweaked via a text editor the pm files?
