Today’s Giveaway of the Day is Inpaint, which is a program used to
removed unwanted things from photos. I had a photo taken on Maui that
contained some railings, signs, barrels and a car that I removed with
the program, and it did a pretty darn good job of it.
Anyway, it’s free today, so if anyone has photos where they’d like to
remove something from them, this is a nice little program to do it. And
if you read this later, the program is only $20 for personal use.
Certainly less than Photoshop.

Speaking of free stuff, some of the software from DAZ 3D is available for
free until the end of the month. Bryce, DAZ Studio, and Hexagon.
All three are 3D modeling packages with rendering capabilities.
Win/Mac only (doesn’t run very well under WINE, unfortunately)

Jim:
Good grief, each of those packages is 900+MB download! I’m going to bet
that software is wayyyyyy over my head.

They are pretty serious packages - though Hexagon is much smaller than
the other two.
