How can I configure SQUID with User-Authentification

Hello all,

as a Beginner with Linux Enterprise Server I have follow question.

How can I configure SQUID with a User-Authentification based on User Accounts on the Suse Enterprise Server? What I must change in squid.conf?

Thanks for our help.

Hi,

when I right understand must a LDAP Server installed and then use as authentification method. Give it a way with no LDAP only for local User and Groups or as text password file?

Thank you.
