Hello, we purchased a subscription for SUSE for SAP Applications for IBM Power servers. The subscription was purchased through IBM.
IBM sent us SUSE Product Activation Card, which contains an Activation Code. How do we activate the subscription?
Hi, Do you have access to support? If so, you can open an incident and
they can help you get it activated.

Hello Mike, I think that I am not allowed to open an incident. I arrived to a screen that says “Support requests”, and below that: “You are not currently entitled to use the support system.”. The URL of this screen is “SUSE customer - Sign In”.
Maybe this is because my (paid) subscription is not active. I have active the trial subscription though: “Evaluation SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications, IBM Power”.
There is a link available “Manually activate subscriptions”, and then “Activate a single subscription by entering the registration code”. But I don’t have a registration code (I have an activation code). I tried entering the code that I have, but It was not accepted.
I thing that the activation code is typed inside the operating system, and then if the server has an Internet connection, the subscription is activated. But I can’t do that because I have not been able to install SUSE on my server. I am getting an error when creating the LVM partition (and I can’t open and incident to get help for this error).
Thank you
David
