how to create SLES 11 SP3 installation CD with HA

Hello.
SLES 11 SP3 provide the SLES-11-SP3-DVD-x86_64-GM-DVD1.iso and SLE-HA-11-SP3-x86_64-GM-CD1.iso
I want to combine these two iso to one ios with HA extension. how to do that?

Is this so you don’t have to swap discs during install or … ?
