Unfortunately you have arrived at the Enterprise version, the Community version openSUSE forum is at https://forums.opensuse.org You might want to clarify as to whether you want to install openSUSE as a dual boot system with winX, or are you looking at using WSL on winX to install openSUSE into.
I wanted to install dual boot on already existing Windows 10. I figured it out via installation process when I didnt use expert mode, but some advisory settings via installer. I had to trust to installer and i was lucky that windows kept intact.
