Hi,
I am unable to configure dual boot with Windows 10. I have a windows 10 on Laptop and when I install open suse 13.2, it boots into Windows , does not give options of Dual Boot.
Please assist.

Since you are using openSUSE, these are the wrong forums (for SUSE
LINUX Enterprise). You need to post over in https://forums.opensuse.org
same username and password.
