What do you mean by “SUSE 11”? Since you’ve posted in a forum for SUSE
Linux Enterprise Server that would suggest SLES 11.x but do you perhaps
mean openSUSE 11.x or even SLED 11.x?

Which specific version of “SUSE 11”? Please post the output from ‘cat
/etc/*release’.
