Is there an openjdk-11 distribution which can be used with SLES 11 SP4 ?

e.g.: Are https://jdk.java.net/java-se-ri/11 reference implementations supported ?

Alternatively, can commercial licensed OracleJDK 11 be installed in SELS 11 SP4 without functional issues ?

Hard to say, best to create a virtual machine and try installing to see what happens…

There are builds for openjdk 11 on the openSUSE Build Service, you could try branching and building against SLE 11 SP4, or grab the src rpm and rebuilding that?
