Hi,
what is the best practice for migrate an SLES11SP3 system to SP4? The system is registered at SuSE Manager and when I choose “SP-Migration” on the UI it results into the error “No available migrations found”.
We have about 300 SLES11SP3 Systems to migrate and I look for a good automated way over SuSE Manager.
Any similar problems in your environment? Who have the brilliant idea or hint for me?

Hi Jochen,
concerning the question of why you get that message when trying to migrate, I recommend asking in the SUSE Manager forum (https://forums.suse.com/forumdisplay.php?22-SUSE-Manager , in a new thread), stating your SuMa version and telling us if you have the according SLES11SP4 channels mirrored. Or to open a service request against SuMa, which might be delivering help more quickly.
Regarding mass migration, I remember that thread https://forums.suse.com/showthread.php?9069-Multiple-server-SP-Migration from last year over there, where your post asking for example scripts was left unanswered. Maybe it’s worth to bring up that question again or contact Istvan per direct message if he actually ever created those scripts and if so, is willing to share.
