I use the SUSE LIO ISCSI target, when I want to connect the ISCSI, Login Response server unavailable (0x0301). But I check the ISCSI server, the iscsi service is started.
I follow the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP3’s documentation chapter 15 to set up the LIO ISCSI server.
Anyone has opinion on this issue ? thanks.

as the response is reported by the iSCSI server (unlike some client-side error, hinting at a connectivity problem) - is there anything in the logs, server-side?

from what I can tell, the messages should go to syslog (/var/log/messages or whereever syslog outputs the messages on your server).
