We use the Subscription Management Tool and I am wondering if there is a separate repository for the SLES 12 SP1 HA extensions that I need to add. I ask because after running all updates I don’t believe the HA bits are being updated.
Is there a separate repository for the HA extension?
If it was an add-on to SLES 12 as I think it is, then it probably has its
own repository.
Whether or not you should be getting updates regularly is another story.
Have you checked to see if there are updates released since you installed,
for example on https://download.suse.com/patch/finder/ or something?
Also, what channels do you have currently?

Yes, there’s SLE-HA12-SP1-Pool and SLE-HA12-SP1-Updates.
So I do not see those as available repositories on my SMT server. We do not own any subscriptions to HA as we are evaluating so I suppose that is why I can’t see it.

The High Availability Extension is an additional cost. There is a 60-day
free trial available @ https://www.suse.com/products/highavailability/download/ (pick the
appropriate architecture for the SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability
Extension 12 SP1 one) which will give access to patches for those 60
days and I believe will also work for SMT.
HTH.

So I had to point my the registration directly at suse.com and I used the eval codes for both SLES 12 SP1 (base os) and the SLES 12 SP1 HA extension. Servers are updating now.

No problem. Thanks for confirming the evaluation codes will also work
for SMT.
