Charles Dickens sat down in a bar with a harrumph.
The bartender asked, “Charles, what’s the matter?”
Charles said, “I’ve got nothing! I have been racking my brain for two
weeks in my cabin by myself and I’ve no ideas. Nothing!”
So the bartender said, “Let me lighten your load a little, what can I
get you?”
Charles said, “Martini.”
The bartender asked, “olive or twist?”
