kernel 3.0.101-0.18 package not available since yesterday..?

Good morning all,

i have 40 servers all running SLES11 SP3 and a local mirror repo (SLES11-SP3-Pool,SLES11-SP3-Updates),
package 3.0.101-0.18 (kernel-default-3.0.101-0.18.1) appeared last week and was installed to one of my servers,

the problem is that since yesterday zypper lp does NOT report its package for update…just vanished… :S

any thoughts/suggestions?

regards,

Michael

As per the following message (mistakenly posted in one of Novell’s
NetWare product forum but intended for OES11 SP2 customers) it was pulled.

"Unfortunately the last SLE11-SP3 update kernel, that was released
Thursday 27th of March, has a fatal regression that can trigger a kernel
Oops/BUG during network operation. The kernel was already removed from
the official update channel, but especially customers with a running SMT
server are likely to still have a working copy of that problematic kernel.

Please do NOT to install this new kernel!
Problematic SLE11-SP3 kernel version: 3.0.101-0.18.1

Work is in progress to resolve this asap."
