I am very interested in RancherOS but i can’t change keyboard layout to french layout.
Could you give some tips ?

I had the exact same problem, sorry but there’s not a lot you can do.
Either you install the debian console and then change the keyboard layout in there but you won’t be able to do the install (from the debian console at least) or you do the following as root:
echo “rancher:motdepasse” | chpasswd
and then you’ll be able to login through ssh
