kiwi bootloader installation has failed

Hello,
after the prepare and create of kiwi pxe type we are booting the client server and it is connecting to the pxe tftp and installing but the installation finishes with the error Bootloader installation has failed.

In the create part when installing kernel-default we receive a warning:

Installing: kernel-default-base-3.0.76-0.11.1 [done]
Additional rpm output:
df: Warning: cannot read table of mounted file systems
Free diskspace below /boot: 173486560 blocks

We are using sles11.3 example for building the image.

Could you help us?
