Hi
So you are trying to PXE boot? If so maybe edit your tftpd file to use text mode.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply, can you please guide me on how to do that as I am quite new to Linux. Any thing needs to be changed from the “Boot Loader Settings” while doing the installation?

Sam
Hi
So you are booting from the DVD and not PXE? If from the dvd then,
check the BIOS and make sure pxe boot is disabled and that booting from
the dvd is enabled.

Hi
Ahh, ok. So does the system get to the grub menu, or the error appears
prior to that?
If you boot from the install DVD, can you boot the installed system
into grub?
In either case you get to the grub menu, select the ‘Failsafe’ option,
does it boot?

Hi,
We are not getting the grub menu while booting from disk, the error appears immediately.
When booting from DVD, you have menu option of booting form disk,2)Suse Installation 3)Upgrade 4)rescue system & Memory test.

Hi
And PXE booting is disabled in the BIOS?
What hardware is this model or part number?

When you say you successfully installed SUSE Linux Enterprise Server on
the same machine was this SLES12 or an earlier release?
