libacl-devel not found in ISO

Hi All,

I am in need of libacl-devel and libattr-devel for SUSE Enterprise 11
32 bit OS for the libacl and libattr versions, libacl-2.2.47-30.3 and
libattr-2.4.43-1.18. It is not present in the ISOs/DVDs.

Can someone please me help me in getting libacl-devel and
libattr-devel or the location where i can download them.

you can find these devel’s rpms on SLE11 SDK iso.
