Hi,
I am having trouble using the sample Linux LSM from the NMAS SDK.
Having followed the instructions for installing the debug version, I am
getting a -1656 error in the NDSTRACE on the server and also in the NMAS
client trace. The Novell client displays a ‘NMAS: Method Validation
Failure’ message.
This is an extract from the NDSTRACE:

The information I have found on the internet doesn’t seem to make any
sense:

NMAS_E_INVALID_METHOD

NMAS Server failed to validate the signature of a method.
-
The module size encoded in the signed portion of the method is
larger than code read from eDirectory.
The LSM isn’t signed as I am trying to run with the debug version of
NMAS.
Any ideas what could cause this or what I should try next?
