Looking for some info on my SLED 11

So, i recently bought HP ProBook 4740s with SLED 11 SP2 (installed from Recovery partition on first boot). My laptop did not come with any install disk or licence number.
The thing is I got no information on it, for example how long is licence valid.

Since I plan to dual boot it with Windows 7 I’m gonna need install disk to repair Grub apparently or in case that I have to delete it to install Win7 first.
I’ve found in Novell’s Knowledgebase that SLED that come with laptops “are entitled to 90-days of updates” which I’m not sure what it means.

Use CreateRecoveryISO application for create Recovery Disk. It is may be
preinstalled on notebook. If this program missing, try register SLED in
SUSE by Yast or suse_register script. This is will enable HP BNB repos,
where is CreateRecoveryISO package stored.

I can create Recovery disk , that’s no problem but recovery from that disk will wipe everything from the disk and return disk to factory install. I need install disk for SLED to install it alongside Win7. Since it is OEM SLED that came with laptop I do not have any install or registration number which is mandatory to register product.

No registration number needed for register HP OEM SLED. When you perform
the registration, leave the serial field blank and receive a free 3 year
update subscription.
You can do this: first, setting up SLED from Recovery Partition, then
setting up the Win7 and finally fix GRUB by livecd (or Recovery Disk in
command mode).
Previously it would be nice to make a Recovery Partition or the entire
disc image.

OK I did register on their Customer Center.
Now how do I get live CD it seems that i need to register for 60 day evaluation one? OR how exactly do i Fix Grub with Recovery disk?

I used Create HP Recovery Factory Image tool and created HP_restore DVD. Does that contain both HP_TOOLS and Recovery Partitions?

Recovery Disk contains Recovery partition and most likely does not
contain HP_TOOLS (I did not have such a partition initially). I tried to
restore GRUB using the Recovery Disk, but could not. Use for this
LiveCD, such as openSUSE or Parted Magic. And you can create a disk
image using Clonezilla (included in Parted Magic).
