No upgrade option on the SUSE 12 PXE boot

Hi All,
I had the PXE server for PXE boot to do the upgrade or installation on SUSE 11. I just add SUSE 12 on PXE. Typically, I can select the upgrade option after accepting the licensing on SLES11. However, SUSE12 does not provide me the “UPGRADE” option from PXE boot installation and this is from first screen to the partitioning screen. I am wondering if anyone encounter this issue or anything I may overlook.

PXE default boot screen:
LABEL Install Suse 11 SP4 Manual
MENU LABEL Install Suse 11 SP4 Manual
kernel sles/11/x86_64/linux
append initrd=sles/11/x86_64/initrd ip=dhcp install=http://10.48.187.202/sles/11/x86_64/sp4

LABEL Install Suse 12 SP0 Manual
MENU LABEL Install Suse 12 SP0 Manual
kernel sles/12/x86_64/linux
append initrd=sles/12/x86_64/initrd ip=dhcp install=http://10.48.187.202/sles/12/x86_64/sp0
