Online update error after upgrade to SUSE 12

After update from 11 SP3 to 12 I see error message while try to run online update.

First I receive message “System already registered”, then error

Error
Internal error. Please report a bug report with logs.
Details: Invalid system credentials
Caller: /usr/lib64/ruby/gems/2.1.0/gems/suse-connect-0.2.14/lib/suse/connect/

Where may be a problem? Which logs and whom I must send? My company was bought basic support only…

If you log into SCC (https://scc.suse.com) do you see the system?

If so delete it and try re-registering the system from the command line with SUSEConnect;

SUSEConnect -r ` -e <email>

I dont see my system in SCC.

OK, can you try to register from the command line as root user?

Also, can you post (use code tags via the # <> in the editor) the output
from;

zypper lr -d

Another user noted that it may be a bit slow to turn up in SCC.
