I do not know the answer, but getting some basic information may help.
Which version/SP of SLES?
Which version of SES?
Which rpm version specifically for things like openattic?
Has this ever worked?
Does it work in a different environment (dev/test/qa/prod)?
Are there any relevant log files?
Does SES work otherwise or is this a brand new setup that has not been
tested yet?

well i have problems with ceph mds and mounting a filesystem otherwise this is a brand new test setup
I know this is necromancy but I have just put up an openATTIC server to talk to our SES4 cluster. It doesn’t show the crush map or nodes either. I suspect it is because we user ceph-deploy rather than DeepSea to make the cluster.
