Outlook 2007 SP2 - IMAP Problem.

Intermittent problem. User uses Outlook 2007 SP2 and accesses email via
IMAP - not an Exchange server. Sometimes when he has read a message it is
marked for deletion. Anyone know the cause of this problem?
