We have a system where on a host (even after restarting rancher agent, and docker itself, basically starting back to scratch)… we can curl an IP address of a linked service… for a few times… and then it hangs for a long time. It seems to come back but then just goes away again.
We noticed this during a high load… but now there is 0 load and we’re seeing the same thing.
We are running 0.40 in AWS.
