I’m starting my studies at Rancher for my PhD project. I’m thrilled to know that Rancher 2.0 will use Kubernetes as standard, but for the project I’ll have to use the current Rancher with a Kubernetes installation.
In my project I intend to use Rancher + Kubernetes + Minio + Pachyderm to build a bioinformatics analysis environment and I would like to count on your help.
I would like to know if anyone has a tutorial and can give me initial details about installing Pachyderm with Minio at Rancher.
I already have Rancher running in a test environment with Kubernetes installed. My current environment has:
- master = 4 vCPU, 2Gb of memory, 50 Gb of disk. It is also a minion of the cluster.
- minions = 1 vCPU, 2GB of memory, 50GB of disk (x3). Adding 4 minions to the whole.
