PG status

Hi,
While I was having the issue with OSD down, I noticed the following output from ceph -s about PG status:
pgs: 22.08% pgs not active
214/645 objects degraded
254 active+undersized
97 active+clean
61 down
41 undersized+peered
23 active+undersized+degraded
4 undersized+degraded

I guess degraded meant that it does not have all replicas available (eg. 2 out of 3 available)…
What does undersized mean?
What does peered mean?

Here is a good definition of peering from the ceph documentation: https://ceph.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rados/operations/monitoring-osd-pg/#peering. I am still researching undersized.
