Please excuse the direct approach, but we have a problem I hope you may be able to help me with.
You described, in a forum post of the 8th April 2018, a very similar problem to that which we think we’re experiencing, namely an incomplete kernel upgrade on SLES 11 SP4.
You described in your post that you rectified the issue by rolling back the kernel to a previous release. Given that we have a non-bootable system with only a single kernel available (the incompletely updated one), would you be able to give guidance as to how we might roll back the kernel?
Again, apologies for the direct approach, but I’ve got a development team that are currently unable to work and am rapidly running out of ideas.
