Rancher 1.2 default Docker registry

hi,

the release notes to rancher 1.2 state “Rancher supports allowing admins to add a default Docker registry if there are no prefixes to images.” This is a great feature for my setup, but even after searching this for some time now, i can not find how to configure a default registry. sorry when i missed something, but maybe someone can point me to the corresponding documentation.
