Rancher 2.6.2 Cluster Members are not able to see Pod Metrics

Hi,

I have the following problem.
I´running Racher 2.6.2.
When I´m logged in as Cluster Admin I can see live Metrics from Pods/Nodes.
When I´m logged in with Project Member rights i´m not able to see live Metrics. See tab is missing.

Is this a Bug or did I configure something wrong ?
Can anybody help me with that issue ?
