Seriously, if you are diabetic and can’t have a serving of jelly’s
worth of sugar, then crawl into the grave for heavens sake, and spare
the time honored tradition of home made jellies the indignity of these
adulterations.

Chokecherry wine is a good thing, and hardly to be considered an indignity…

I will admit that Courvoisier is a little on the unusual side. But when you
combine it with properly reduced chokecherry syrup and some heavy duty
chocolate, it tends to make females more amenable to suggestion.
