Have you checked on SUSE Customer Center to ensure the registration
code is present (can take a few hours) or manually add to your account?

Just to throw in something to check:
In initial setup I have found that it is not sufficient to set date/timezone alone.
Selecting additional settings on the page (not sure about actual title) and configuring NTP Service to synchronize clock, appears to satisfy registration service.
