re-register cloned(vmware) SLES machine

Hi all,

Just clone SLES11sp3 server and try re-register (TIDs 7008307 & 3303599) without successfully.
When I run suse_register I get "Registration finished successfully, no errors in .suse_register.log but zypper lr show only SUSE-Linux-Enterprise-Server-11-SP3 11.3.3-1.138

Many thanks for your help
Serg

Hi
There was also a report on one of the openSUSE Mailing Lists about a
registration issue, so have asked my SUSE contacts if there is an issue
with them today…

FYI,
I’m having issues with Novell Update Center. All of my SLES11-for-VMware subscriptions are NOT working. Something appears amiss with NU as it was working yesterday.

Can someone within Novell validate what the issue is? After re-registering a few of my systems all register successfully but I have NO repositories nor update center service.

Hi
It appears to be up again, you may need to log in to NCC, delete the
system and re-register.
