In YAST I continue to receive registration status not available so cannot retrieve repos. Added repo manually with zypper and receive permission denied. Suggestions?

What release of SLES cat /etc/os-release? Does the system have internet access or running via a proxy? What is the zypper command you are running manually, also you are running as root user?

Is the system registered, because that is not the correct URL, if the system is registered it will add the correct ones… If you log into SUSE Customer Center (https://scc.suse.com/) in the server subscription if you look at the “Base and Extension Products” tab it will show the proper URL…
