Request for upgrading of Xerces package (from 3.2.3 to 3.2.4) in official SLES15SP5 repo

Dear all, in the latest patch for SLES15SP5, only Xerces 3.2.3 is available, however on the official Xerces/Apache project website, there is a new version available (Xerces 3.2.4 - Download), is there an official way of asking the upgrading and availability of the new Xerces 3.2.4 RPM package version, in the next future SLES15SP5 patch upgrade?

If so, how can the request be triggered? If you have any advice, it would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

@Gizmo Hi and welcome to the Forum :smile:
That is something you would probably need to follow up with your SUSE Partner for such a request…

In saying that normally any security fixes and bugs from the later version would get backported if needed. You just don’t get any new features…
