save changes in IPTables SLES 12 SP5

I am adding the following rule in IPTables. (SLES 12 SP5)

  • iptables -I OUTPUT -p icmp --icmp-type timestamp-reply -j DROP
  • iptables -L
    But after restarting the server, the rule disappears.
    How can i make it stay permanently?
