Assuming this is a recently-provisioned instance, I’m curious if we can check something to verify the registration status of your PAYG instance: can you please take a look at /var/log/cloudregister to see if there are any errors present, and if so reply with those? Also we can also do some quick testing on our end if you can provide 1) the specific SLES 12 image you are provisioning from, and 2) the region you are provisioning in. Thanks.

ok i believe your issue with accessing repositories has to do with the version of cloud-regionsrv-client you are running in your SLES 12 instances. Please see the following:
