I can work with SLM 1.2.0.2, and never worked on Sentinel.
I am interested in Sentinel 7 training, and planning to get enrolled in
Sentinel ATT in Las Vegas during 15-18 May.
My question is:
are there any pre-reqs to meet before attending this course ? or this
Sentinel ATT will cover from the scratch ? I mean person like me without
any prior knowledge of Sentinel can
attend this course ?
I found that there are four sessions for Sentinel and none of them is
for novice, all the courses are for Experienced Sentinel Users, e.g[color=blue]

Do you work with Novell technologies at a university, college or school?
If so, your campus could benefit from joining the Novell Technology
Transfer Partner (TTP) program. See TTP Organization | Micro Focus for more details.
I have emailed the Sentinel Instructors asking if there is any Material for
New Sentinel Administrators. Will report back when I get a response

Advanced Technical Training Instructor
The new main Sentinel 7 courses are divided up into 2 classes.
Essentials for operators, and Administration. Each being roughly 2 days.
The essentials for operators requires no previous knowledge of sentinel.
These will generally be taught as a 4 day offering.
I would keep looking at www.novell.com/training website to find out when
these classes will be offered online.

The session at ATT Live will be no longer than 4 hours. The classes many be
content form a regular class, but will highlight on one particular area and
focus only on that topic.
I am still awaiting a response as to the availability of the 2 new courses.
They are really brand new and either have just been published or just about
to be.
