Server HP Proliant Hang/Freeze

Whe have a new HP server Gen8. This server hang/freeze somes time.
The last freeze is when we update SAP to the new version.
Mouse and keyboard stop not responding. no respone to ping.
The only solution is to turn off and reboot.
/var/log/messages does not give any clues.
Server configuration:
ProLiant DL385p Gen8
2x AMD Opteron™ Processor 6348 2800 MHz
64 GB memory

Installed OS
Enterprise Linux 11 SP3

Does anyone else have this problem

We have a similar problem which causes single treads and or Prozesses to freeze.
We have seen that since update to SP3.

Even with blanc SP3 installation and online update we encounter a freeze on HP DL 380 Gen8 with dual 6core CPU 12GB Ram.
All firmware updates were done.

Any hints are welcome …

These types of issues are difficult to diagnose in a forum. If
/var/log/messages doesn’t provide a clue it’s possible the server froze
before the information could be written.

I suggest you open a Service Request so a support person can help you
collect the information you need to properly diagnose this issue.

Another option is to check the HP website. Make sure you have the
latest BIOS and firmware updates on your server. Also check to see if
there are any known issues with your server and SLES.

I have a customer seeing the same issue for the past couple of months. Any news on this issue? Appears as VM freezing then have to kill the processes and restart the VM. Appreciate any insight on others that may be experiencing this issue.
