[SOLVED] Hi, I had the same problem and finally the problem was in the
firmware, all you have to do is update the firmware of the machine and
problem solved. We had these symptoms, our server would crash every two
days, since we update the server take two months uptime with no
problems.
We have 8 HP ProLiant BL20p G3 X3.2GHz-1MB 2P Fibre Channel Blade
Server, we download the CD upload firmware from here:

Update the systems and voilá!
