How can I tell the installation at the beginning (before the registration starts) that there is a proxyserver? And how can I change the settings (as in SLED11), that users can use the systemwide proxyserver?

When installing try entering “proxy=http://:/” in the Boot
Options field.
Post-install you can change proxy settings via YaST > Network Services >
Proxy.

Great, it works. And I know how to enter the proxy-settings after installing. But in SLED12 I have to enter the proxy-settings for each user again, because the system doesn’t take the proxy settings automatically for each user as it was in SLED11.
